@article { , title = {Delivery of goods in the custody of a third party: the role of the custodier.}, abstract = {This article is concerned with delivery of goods that are in the custody of a third party, rather than that of the transferor or transferee, this delivery being effected by intimation to the custodier. Building on the idea that delivery here is based on an assignation of the transferor's right to enforce the duties owed by the custodier, the article considers the role of the custodier in the process. In particular, consideration is given to whether any action on the custodier's part is necessary to complete the process of delivery, and whether there must be a contractual relationship between the custodier and the transferor for this form of delivery to operate.}, doi = {10.3366/elr.2017.0408}, eissn = {1755-1692}, issn = {1364-9809}, issue = {2}, journal = {Edinburgh law review}, note = {COMPLETED -- Still not available 24/4/2017 LM -- Still not available, checked 21(1) 21/3/2017 LM -- Still not availiable 21/2/2017 LM -- Still no pub details 24/1/2017 LM -- Still no pub details 22/12/2016 LM -- Still not published 24/11/2016 LM -- Doc rec'd 31/10/2016 but forgot to record 7/11/2016 LM -- Requested doc again 3/11/2016 LM -- Requested doc 20/9/2016 LM -- Rec'd email from Craig to say item accepted 19/9/2016, however still to appear on the website 20/9/2016 LM -- Craig replied to say still awaiting a decision 1/9/2016 LM -- Requested update 1/9/2016 LM -- Notified of submission via Research Outputs 01.07.2016 GB ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Anderson, Craig -- Panel C}, pages = {143-168}, publicationstatus = {Published}, publisher = {Edinburgh University Press}, url = {http://hdl.handle.net/10059/1937}, volume = {21}, keyword = {Custodians, Delivery, Sale of goods, Scotland, Transfer of title}, year = {2017}, author = {Anderson, Craig} }
