Thesis Analysis of legal protection of victims of discrimination and harassment and development of strategies for reform. In the course of my relatively short research career I have been extremely productive and published widely on employment law, especially in the area of discrimination law and the civil law of harassment. I have also researched and been published on aspects of the criminal law. In particular articles involving analysis of the criminal liability of perpetrators of harassment and stalking and the legal protection of their victims.
