Biography Dr. Nkeiruka N. Ndubuka-McCallum, formerly an Architect in the Nigerian construction industry, is currently a Lecturer in Health, Safety and Risk Management (HSRM) at Robert Gordon University, UK. She coordinates and teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules, supervises theses and dissertations at both study levels, and is the Professional Studies Framework (PSF) Champion for Aberdeen Business School.

Nkeiruka’s doctoral study explored the influence of the UK Research Excellence Framework (REF) on UK business schools’ commitment to embedding Responsible Management in their core teaching, research, and engagement practices. She was part of the Scottish Graduate School of Social Science (SGSSS) governance structure (student representation), and is an active certified member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and an ordinary member of the British Academy of Management (BAM).
Research Interests Nkeiruka is interested in qualitative studies around and about Responsible Management Education/Learning (RME/L); Research Assessment/Evaluation (REF, etc.); Health, Safety and Risk Management (HSRM); Sustainability and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
