Dr Zeeshan Ahmad

Biography	Zeeshan is a Research Fellow within the Cyber-Physical Systems team, engaged in the development of AI-driven solutions for safeguarding assets in the marine industry. Zeeshan's research interests and expertise lie in AI, signal processing, and machine/deep learning tools for anomaly detection in Internet-of-Things (IoT)/Industrial IoT networks, as well as Cyber-Physical Systems. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science (Cyber Security) from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Malaysia, where he worked on developing intelligent and efficient anomaly detection schemes for IoT networks during his doctoral studies. Zeeshan received the prestigious Vice Chancellor’s Award for his Ph.D. research. Additionally, he was honored with the Best Paper Award at the Applied Informatics International Conference, 2022 in Malaysia.
