Research Interests Identification of novel antibacterial agents - the search for natural bioactive products from soil borne bacterial isolates is being undertaken using integrated in vitro and in silico bioinformatic approaches.

Bacterial Contamination within Clean Room Environments - this project has been undertaken to investigate the level and nature of bacterial contamination of clean rooms, operatives, and their sterile clothing
