Biography Julia is a multilingual and highly versatile full-time lecturer with RGU Aberdeen Business School and early career academic, at-examination-stage of a PhD in Strategic Management.

Julia has expertise in strategy research, teaching, and industry collaboration. Particular research interest and specialisation in competitive strategy and 'strategy as wayfinding'. She has extensive track record of cross-sector work in multicultural environments across global regions (Americas, Europe, Africa).

Outside of academia, Julia has a professional background in purpose-driven social enterprises, south-south cooperation, and sustainability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in diverse, collaborative set-ups.

Julia is a UK Higher Education Academy Fellow, Aspen Institute New Voices Senior Fellow (Class of 2016), Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship Global Emerging Leader (Inaugural Class of 2014).
