North-east COVID-19 observatory: issue 13.

Abstract

Welcome to our thirteenth issue of the Observatory. The aim of the Observatory is to provide a variety of resources on the pertinent topics of our times. This month, we have chosen vaccinations as our theme, with a specific focus on giving information to people who are cognitively impaired.
