Abstract
This article reports on an interview between the authors and the artist Katie Paterson, regarding the artist's project entitled "Future Library". This project began in 2014 with the planting of 1,000 Norwegian fir trees near Oslo. The intention is for these to be turned into paper one hundred years later, in 2114, and used to print an anthology of 100 books written since 2014. The project was commissioned and produced by Bjørvika Utvikling, managed by the Future Library Trust, and supported by the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the Agency for Urban Environment of the city of Oslo.
