In this webinar, Paul Arnell and Carole Lyons (both affiliated with Robert Gordon University) explore the legal context of Brexit, as well as the implications of and issues involved in implementing it. The discussion also considers the "unresolved" aspects of Brexit, such as ongoing diplomatic and political tensions between the UK and the EU, and the situation for Scotland.
