Abstract
This report considers and advances recommendations for the development of a risk-based approach to determining what information and data are required to support the consenting process and the post-consent and post-deployment monitoring phases through the application of Adaptive Management. This comes as part of the RiCORE project, which aimed to promote the use of offshore renewable energy projects in the EU by streamlining consenting processes.
