Abstract

This pair of works explore issues of place, the artist's working context being rural and remote from mainstream artistic centres. Delicate Structures and Centre Spot are comments on the changing landscape of the north east of Scotland, from rural to semi industrial and the notion of worth. The prints were executed using the intaglio process. They were produced as part of an international exhibition of contemporary printmaking in Cremona, Italy.
