Biography After graduating in 2017 with a BA (Hons) in Event Management, Kirstin joined the Student Recruitment team at RGU with sole responsibility for organising and hosting delivery of recruitment events.

Kirstin has also gained experience within the RGU events team to assist with all other internal and external events held at and by the university including Summer and Winter Graduation Ceremonies, conferences, meetings and events for the Executive.

Within industry, Kirstin has significant experience within Events and Hospitality - including within the whisky industry across Aberdeenshire and Moray. Following this Kirstin rejoined RGU as Digital Marketing Assistant, progressing to Marketing and Events Officer.

Kirstin moved into Lecturing from August 2021 and delivers a range of modules across the subject area of Events, Tourism and Hospitality as well as supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and is heavily involved in industry engagement within her current role.

Kirstin has particular interest in customer/guest experience.
