Biography Prior to becoming a Lecturer, Steve spent 20 years as a successful manager in the Adventure Travel sector: with expertise in Product, Operations and General Management. His extensive travel experience exposed him to Responsible Tourism, which informed both his approach to product development and his subsequent area of teaching interest,

Shortly after joining RGU in 2021, Steve became Course Leader for MSc International Tourism & Hospitality Management. More recently, he has taken on a lead role in developing the institution's approach to establishing Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) projects.

Teaching and Learning Steve is Course Leader for MSc International Tourism and Hospitality Management. He has embedded COIL projects within his UG teaching and is active in supporting colleagues at RGU and internationally, to establish their own projects.
