Mrs Julie Mathers
Biography | Julie graduated from RGU in 2004 and spent some time working in Edinburgh before moving to NHS Grampian in 2006. She completed Senior Rotations throughout a wide range of specialities before taking a static Band 7 role in Critical Care in 2009. Julie joined RGU as a Clinical Tutor on a part time basis in 2012 and progressed to a Physiotherapy Lecturer before leaving to have children in 2015. She re-joined the RGU team in 2021, again on a part time basis alongside her ongoing clinical work, as a PrBL Lecturer to help with Covid recovery placements. In 2023 Julie left her NHS role to join RGU permanently in a new role developing Practice Based Learning and Simulation across the School of Health Sciences. |
