Mr Paolo Monachello

Biography	Paolo is a former Royal Navy Warfare Officer who served onboard nuclear submarines before entering the oil and gas industry where he completed his MBA in Oil and Gas Management at RGU. During his time in industry, he worked in major oil companies, tier 1 and tier 2 contractors. He has experience of many aspects of the industry from subsea projects through to floating production systems in projects and operations. Moving to a third career in Further and Higher Education, Paolo has taught at City of Glasgow Colllege , University of Dundee School of Business, and The Business School - Edinburgh Napier, and now Aberdeen Business School RGU . During this transition to a third career, Paolo has gained his Teaching Qualification in Further Education, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Research Interests	Leadership in STEM organisations.
