Biography | Ann is an experienced Lecturer with a demonstrable history and passion for working in the higher education industry. Anne frequently liaises with local hospitality and tourism businesses developing relationships, which provides opportunities and added value for both the businesses and current students. Anne is currently developing as a researcher, undertaking a PhD with a range of fantastic small food and drink producers in Northeast Scotland. The working title is “Food and drink from provenance to product; impact in the Northeast of Scotland”. It is great to be investigating amazing producers, products and places! |
