Biography | Prior to joining RGU, Craig working in the wider tourism industry across a range of sectors in the UK and abroad. This included: Floor Manager in Sydney Exhibition & Conference Centre Front Office Manager in a USA Country Club Travel Consultant in the UK Various management positions in national UK hotel chains Craig has worked as a lecturer within Further Education as well as being an external business consultant for a large travel group. |

Teaching and Learning | Craig is currently Subject Lead for Tourism, Hospitality & Events.
