This included: Floor Manager in Sydney Exhibition & Conference Centre Front Office Manager in a USA Country Club Travel Consultant in the UK Various management positions in national UK hotel chains Craig has worked as a lecturer within Further Education as well as being an external business consultant for a large travel group. |
