| Biography | Dr. Jane Richard-Osu is currently a lecturer in Human Resource Management at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen with keen research interests in Human Resource Management and Sustainability. Dr. Richard-Osu has over 10 years’ experience in organisational operational effectiveness and five years’ experience in Human Resourcing and customer service management including working in a reputable High Street Bank. She has an MSc in Human Resource Management and a PhD in a multidisciplinary study that combines insight from sustainability and organisational strategy from the lens of Human Resources Management. |
