Dr Judith Abolle-Okoyeagu
Biography | Dr Abolle-Okoyeagu is a Principal Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering and Head of Electronic and Electrical Engineering Department in the School of Engineering at RGU. She is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE) and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). She graduated with a BEng (Hons) - Mechanical Engineering and an MSc - Computer Systems Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna and University of East London respectively. She obtained her PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. She has over ten years of experience both in the industry and academia, and worked as a Mechanical Computer Aided Engineering Lead at Edinburgh Napier University before joining RGU. Dr Abolle-Okoyeagu is involved in Finite Element Analysis, applying numerical and computational modelling techniques to structural monitoring. |
