Project Description

To develop an understanding of how best to ensure the future of Abertay Housing Association’s non-traditional steel framed housing stock through protecting against progressive deterioration whilst improving the thermal efficiency of each property to meet or surpass current standards. Such knowledge can be transferred to owners or managers of similar property types to inform future decision making over stock assets.
