Abstract

With the pandemic entering a second wave across the globe, organisations of all shapes and sizes must ensure they can respond to complex stakeholder demands within a dynamic and uncertain business environment, where the risk of a corporate crisis is greater than ever. This video will provide some practical advice for how organisations can take effective steps to protect themselves from reputational harm during the pandemic, using established crisis communication principles and techniques.
