Abstract

This podcast was created as part of the "Food Insecurity in People Living with Obesity" (FIO Food) project. The project aims to provide actionable evidence for policy on retail strategies to address dietary inequalities in people living with obesity and food insecurity, to support sustainable and healthier food choices in the UK food system. In this podcast, two researchers - Flora Douglas and Charlotte Hardman - speak about their contributions to the project.
