Abstract
The article discusses features of technological audit performance in Russian oil and gas companies. To measure the innovation quality level, the scale was developed based on the theory of inventive problem solving and the theory of technological structures. Figures of the innovation quantity by levels, volume and quality of the innovative portfolio are offered for assessment the innovative portfolio quality. The method was tested on an example of oil and gas transportation enterprises. The results of the comparative analysis of innovative portfolio are shown.
