Abstract
The 3 year Talent Exchange project, funded by the Scottish Funding Council (SFC), was designed to widen and extend the pool of work related experience (WRE) opportunities available to Robert Gordon University (RGU) students; enhance student employability; encourage interaction and knowledge exchange between small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) and the university's academics; and better support SMEs in the region and contribute to the region's sustainable economic growth.
