Abstract

In August 2016 the Department of Information Management at Robert Gordon University conducted an Evaluative Review of the Every Child A Library Member project. The review also covered: 'Challenges faced by the funded Local Authorities during the pilot phase 'Recommendations based on the findings of the funded pilot projects The ECALM evaluative review is a useful resource for any Local Authority looking at changing or expanding their current approach to automatic library membership.
