In the first Law School webinar of 2024, Dr Paul Arnell (Robert Gordon University) and Alexandr Chernykh (GB representative of the Ukrainian National Bar Association) discuss the war in Ukraine and its impact on the legal profession in the country, and it's effect on human rights, access to justice, democracy in Ukraine and the digitisation of the work of lawyers.
