Mr Tomasz Waszkiewicz

Biography	Tomasz graduated with a social work degree in Poland back in 2003. After a couple of years of working in statutory social work services in Warsaw, he relocated to Aberdeen, Scotland, where he pursued his professional journey. Tomasz's expertise primarily lies in the management of residential settings for individuals experiencing severe mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism. He also got a Practice Learning qualification and has been working as a Practice Educator since 2010.
