Biography My current research is focused on the use of computational intelligence techniques in modelling the dynamic thermal behaviour of electrical machines under different operational scenarios. My work also extends to developing efficient and accurate surrogate models that can be used in speeding up optimisation runs in computationally intensive multi-objective optimisation problems. Prior to embarking on the PhD journey, I worked in developing the internet infrastructure that connects research and education institutions in Eastern and Southern Africa, and supported science communities globally.
