I contribute to a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate modules including Business Consultancy, Leadership and Personal and Professional Development. |
| Research Interests | Leadership, in particular from an intra and interpersonal perspective including the role of emotional intelligence and motivation. Previous published research was in the areas of small business and entrepreneurship. |
