| Biography | Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Bernadine did her undergraduate degree through the University of South Africa and has worked for more than 15 years in HR roles in both the private sector, third sector and most recently for NHS Grampian in an HR generalist role after relocating to Aberdeen in 2021. After completing her Masters in HRM through RGU with distinction, Bernadine moved into lecturing, gaining a position at RGU within the HRM team. |
