Biography Craig Anderson is a Lecturer in Law, specialising in Property Law and Conveyancing.

Before joining the University in 2006, Craig spent four years at Registers of Scotland, first as a Legal Researcher and subsequently as a Junior Legal Adviser.
Research Interests Craig’s research interests lie in property law and conveyancing, as well as in Roman law and legal history.

Specific areas include:
The protection and recovery of possession of property
Restrictions on and regulation of landownership
Systems of transfer of ownership of both land and moveable property, including the interaction between property law and the law of obligations
The use of comparative law and legal history in modern practice
