Biography Lisa has over 13 years of experience higher education, from a quality, support and academic perspective. She joined RGU in 2008 after some time in industry.

She has an MA(Hons) English and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen, and an MSc in HRM (with Distinction) from Robert Gordon University.

Lisa is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and an Associate Member of CIPD.
Teaching and Learning Lisa is Principal Lecturer for HRM within Aberdeen Business School. This involves supporting the development of the HRM team , overseeing the delivery of HRM teaching in undergraduate, postgraduate and work-based scenarios as well as delivering the newly redesigned (and CIPD accredited) MSc Human Resource Management.

Additionally Lisa teaches and coordinates modules in; people management, managing people at work, the employee lifecycle and learning and development. These are delivered to undergraduate, postgraduate and graduate apprentice students. Previous teaching has included international HRM, reward management, managing change and organisational behaviour.

Lisa is also involved in the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
