Biography I am a senior lecturer in finance and accounting and the Research Degrees Coordinator (RDC) at Aberdeen Business School (ABS) of the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK.
I currently have 5 PhD students and am looking for recruiting more talented doctorate students in the areas of corporate reporting, corporate finance, corporate governance, and market-based accounting research.
Research Interests -Corporate financial and non-financial reporting.

-Firm performance and corporate governance.
-Dividend policy and capital structure.
-Audit fees and audit quality.
Teaching and Learning I teach corporate finance to UG students and portfolio investment to PG students. I supervise students at all levels including UG, PG, and research students (MRes; PhD). Before joining the ABS, I was a lecturer in financial accounting in the School of Social Sciences at Brunel University, London, where I taught financial accounting to level one students and company valuation for PG students in Finance and Accounting in addition to supervising students at all levels.
