Biography Sarah Humphrey is a Principal Lecturer in Midwifery and Lead Midwife for Education in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedic Practice at Robert Gordon University (RGU). She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).

Sarah is a Registered Midwife (RM) with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC). She has clinical experience in midwife led units, in hospital, and in community midwifery care, and continues to practise in the NHS alongside her academic role at RGU.

Sarah is a PhD candidate exploring the influence of self-monitoring mood and selfcare activities during pregnancy and the early transition to motherhood.

Teaching and Learning Sarah contributes to both undergraduate and postgraduate education in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedic Practice.
