Biography Anita is a lecturer in Economics with specialisation in energy and business and is Programme Director for MBA and MSc Business Management programmes.

Anita is an alumnus of RGU having secured MSc with a distinction. She has a PhD in Economics from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India.

She has extensive experience in various Management Consultancy assignments with TATAs where she worked as a specialist or Project Lead. These assignments involved economic and financial studies including Social Cost Benefit Analysis and Input Output Analysis for several large scale projects. Most of the projects were funded by JBIC (Japan Bank for International Cooperation), World Bank and Asian Development Bank.

Anita has served at managerial positions in different areas of Human Resource Management including Communication & Press Relations, Learning & Development, International Mobility, Resourcing & Talent Management, Diversity & Women Network.

She has worked in the field of Reward Management as a Specialist and Business Partner with Weatherford, Petrofac and TechnipFMC at Aberdeen UK. She has wide experience in Reward based market research & development, design & amendment of compensation & benefit strategies and policies.

Anita is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

Anita is Module Coordinator of Oil and Gas Economics, Economics of Energy Transitions and Business Economics.
