Biography Poh Yen Ng is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Robert Gordon University. She received her PhD in Management from the UC Business School, a triple-crowned business school at the University of Canterbury. She has worked for several universities in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Her research interests are in entrepreneurship particularly gender and minority, family business and sustainability, aligning with SDG#5, SDG#8 and SDG#10. Her work has been published in many entrepreneurship journals such as International Small Business Journal, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Research, International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship, along with other management journals: Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Business Strategy and Environment, Technology Analysis and Strategic Management, European Management Journal and Cross-cultural and Strategic Management. She is on the Editorial Reviewer Board of the International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship, a committee of ISBE (Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship) Minority in Entrepreneurship SIG and the ISBE conference track chair.
