Biography Dr. Temitope Omotola Odusanya, Esq. popularly known as "Temi", is a post-doctoral change-oriented and multi-passionate legal eagle with a curious mind. She is an extraordinary learned scholar, chartered legal executive, chartered governance professional, and a pedagogical innovator. As a higher education professional, she aims to champion quality teaching and impactful research. She comes at these issues through academic research, lecturing, and public policy advocacy. Temi's penchant for excellence stimulates her in the academic world.

She is a lifelong learner, a dedicated, detailed, flexible, capable, and enthusiastic Lecturer in Law. She is also a corporate governance and gender parity researcher with years of quality experience. She is a multi-passionate Nigerian and UK-trained lawyer, confident presenter, and seasoned postdoc who can explain complex information to audiences at all levels. She is also a consultant within the legal service sectors such as law firms, government agencies, and law schools as she drives governance to various national and international organizations.

Her academic credentials include professional qualifications and degrees such as an LLM in Corporate Governance and Law from Portsmouth University, United Kingdom, where she undertook modules such as “CSR” Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Theory Law and Practice, and Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Decision Making. Temi is a highly skilled academic professional with a passion for learning, sharing knowledge, lifting others, and pursuing a fulfilling life.
Research Interests Temi's research interests lies in gender diversity, corporate governance and boardroom gender balance, sustainability, company law, directors' duties, property law, corporate social responsibility CSR, pedagogic research and sustainable development goals (SDGs). She is very happy to receive doctoral proposals from prospective students in the aforementioned areas.

Most importantly, Temi is passionately focused on "Global Gender Parity".
Teaching and Learning Temi is a flexible and energetic lecturer. She is currently involved in corporate governance, conveyancing, and property law teaching and learning as a lecturer, researcher, and module coordinator.

In addition, Temi leads the Master of Laws (LLM) Law Programme. She also supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students and conducts weekly and or fortnite tutorials.
