Biography Ugochukwu (Ugo) Ogara is a postgraduate research student at Robert Gordon University (RGU), with research interests in digital transformation and organisational digital readiness. Ugo has a BSc in Accounting from Abia State University, Uturu, in Nigeria, and an MSc in International Business Management from RGU where he received the Aberdeen Business School Head of School Award for exceptional academic performance for the 2020-21 academic session. Ugo specialises in business analytics and data visualisation and focuses on key themes like "Living in a Digital World".

Ugo's PhD thesis focuses on the human-centric digital transformation and the role of workforce competencies in organisational digital readiness. Prior to this, Ugo managed a KTP project focused on helping the workforce at Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber Commerce (AGCC) develop the skills and understanding necessary to extract intelligence from its existing data, refine its forward data collection activities, and help the organisation to deliver an effective digital transformation component to its membership support activities. Ugo has contributed to studies like "Sentiment computation of UK-originated Covid-19 vaccine Tweets: a chronological analysis and news effect (2023)".
