Biography Kwadjo is postgraduate researcher from Ghana. Prior to pursuing both postgraduate degrees in RGU, Kwadjo worked as the superintendent pharmacy manager in a reputable private hospital in Accra, Ghana. In this role, Kwadjo contributed to and led the pharmacy team efforts to develop, implement and evaluate new Standards of Operation in the department and around the hospital known as (PharmSOP). As a result, the hospital and pharmacy earned accreditation from the only internationally-recognised quality improvement accreditation body for healthcare facilities in sub-Saharan Africa, COHSASA. In that period, Kwadjo also held the position of Quality Assurance manager. Kwadjo introduced many simple and innovative client-centred policies to improve user-retention and satisfaction. In that period, productivity in the pharmacy increased by over 30 percent.

Kwadjo has participated in 15hours of supporting learning/teaching in RGU, within the department of public health and promotion. The sessions were planned to include co-facilitating tutorials with the course leaders and module coordinators, observing practicing tutors and organizing in-class student activities with constructive alignment to the module learning outcomes.
