Project Description
This project will apply organisational performance and human resource management research methodologies to evaluate the unique needs of the business, expediting the transition of the company from a traditional salesperson-driven sales model to an agile, customer-centric, digitally enabled sales delivery model. The addition of a digital Content Management System to connect customers with the company's sales and engineering/production functions will capture product delivery, quality management and feedback capture methodologies into a digital platform that can be applied to other products and services in the future. The company will be left with a legacy of digital methodologies for the evaluation and capture of learning & development needs to support continuous company growth and change, stepping away from a model of mapping skills to current needs. Additionally, the company will develop the capability to evaluate international markets, overcoming barriers to internationalisation and revenue stream expansion.
