Abstract

This presentation aimed to provide a working definition of domestic violence / domestic abuse (DV), before outlining the potential risk factors and signs of DV. The presentation also looked at legal measures associated with DV under Nigerian law, before drawing attention to potential support for DV victims and potential solutions for breaking patterns of DV.
