Abstract

This workshop aims to give the participants knowledge of the concept of competency-based undergraduate pharmacy education, an understanding of ways of embedding competency-based teaching of antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) in the undergraduate pharmacy curriculum. They should also have an appreciation of the strengths and limitations of different pedagogical approaches to competency-based teaching of AMS and be able to apply principles of competency-based teaching of AMS for case-based teaching scenarios.
