Abstract
The aim of this stage of the project was to explore equality policy and practice in companies in the Scottish creative industries, from the perspective of both employers and employees, and to identify examples of good practice that might be adopted throughout these particular industries. The project consisted of two elements: case studies of companies and sole-traders based in the Scottish creative industries; and focus groups with a sample of female individuals who are or have been employed in the industries.
