Nelly's academic credentials include a Master of Laws Degree in Law with a specialization in Public International Law from the University of Nairobi, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She furthered her legal education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
