Assessing the impact of Covid-19 on the delivery of justice through the Scottish civil and criminal court system and a comparative analysis between the UK legal jurisdictions

Identifying any emergency measures put in place after the start of the pandemic to address the closure of courtrooms across England and Wales and across other selected jurisdictions which attempted to re-start legal proceedings during the Covid-19 pandemic.
