People Involved
Project Description
Linz Center of Mechatronics GmbH (LCM) set up a new COMET K2 competency centre called “Symbiotic Mechatronics” which is funded by BMVIT, BMWFJ and the province of Upper Austria and handled by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). LCM carries out risky innovative projects with its partners at the interface between science and industry.
RGU cooperates with LCM under the COMET K2 Competence Center for Symbiotic Mechatronics on specific computational intelligence tasks focused on:
* evolutionary multi-objective optimisation
* machine learning and
* efficient surrogate modelling
