Project Description
NES Pharmacy and RGU School of Pharmacy & Life Sciences have a close and fruitful working collaborative relationship with a focus on pharmacy educational development and evaluation projects.
This includes commissions for work at all levels of pharmacy education from undergraduate MPharm, to post-registration Foundation, Advanced and Consultant Level pharmacy practice. This work has resulted in a number of conferences poster and oral presentation, several publications and postgraduate research degree students.
This work is led by Professor Scott Cunningham, Chair in Pharmacy Education and Practice who has a passion for such educational research work and the linked development of links with pharmacy practice in the NHS Boards in Scotland and the development of Clinical Academics – that is pharmacy practitioners developing expertise to support the delivery and research around pharmacy education in Scotland around the world.
