Dr Ruby Clyde Roberts, Organisational Psychologist and Human Factors Specialist, Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University joins this Tech20 to discuss her research that is being carried out in partnership with the Oil and Gas Technology Centre. Dr Robert's presentation will discuss the psychological and cultural barriers that exist to technology deployment and adoption in the UK oil and gas industry, and the work being carried out to overcome this challenge.
