Abstract

This guest blog, picks up one of the key themes identified in the Scottish Leaders Forum report on The National Performance Framework from a previous blog written by Jennifer Henderson and Jennie Barugh, joint chairs of the SLF sub group (https://spice-spotlight.scot/2022/03/11/guest-blog-the-national-performance-framework-new-report-on-accountability-and-incentives/).
