Project Description
The UK shellfish industry uses qualitative tests for management of range of toxins in shellfish products. The only supplier of these tests, Neogen will discontinue these tests by the end of 2023. CyanSol group and partners are dedicated to developing and delivering quantitative tests by mid 2024. This project will use available antibody technology for simple, individual yes/no tests for saxitoxin, domoic and okadaic acid.
